“Sixtytwo Hotel occupies a prime spot on the Passeig de Gràcia, granting immediate access to Barcelona's upscale shopping and architectural icons like Casa Batlló. From what I gather, the hotel skillfully blends its historic facade with modern comforts, including complimentary minibars and a welcoming drink upon arrival. In my opinion, it's a solid choice for travelers who appreciate a blend of convenience and boutique charm.”

mixed feelings about the room
old furniture uncomfortable bed
the location was acceptable since it had access to public transportation.
the room's furniture looked old, and it was evident it had been used a lot. the bed wasn't comfortable, the pillows were bad and the linings felt rough against my skin. the bathroom included an old bathtub, it was not well maintained.

comfortable bed equipped bathroom egg choice minibar refill missing shirt poor response
The staff were really helpful. The room included a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. I noted the included European breakfast had made-to-order egg and crepe choices. I appreciate a tasty start to the day.
The minibar was never refilled after the first day. I thought this was odd as I were encouraged to consume these items upon arrival. A shirt I left in the closet could not be located after I was ask to change rooms. I received a response of "good luck looking for it".

central location, disappointing details
few outlets depressing view
I was quite annoyed by a few issues. the lack of usb ports in the room was frustrating. Only three electrical outlets existed, and one was far from the bed. the terrace view was also depressing, overlooking neglected building interiors, and privacy between terraces was nonexistent. moreover, ants invaded the room one night. A receptionist helped with spray, but the experience was unnerving.
